This story left me wanting more. The hook that the end of the story left, everything was great, the construction of the entire story was extremely good.
This visual novel It left a certain agony with some of the descriptions at some moments, but still 10/10 the artist did wonders with the sprites, the horror Scenes and the whispers was pretty unsettling
All I feel after reading the story is sadness rather than being scared. They really don't deserve any of it, they could have been living a happy life together if they chosen a different approach.
Wonderful story, despite me being a natural coward, I deeply enjoyed the story itself. Its sense of fear and uneasiness is constant to the point I even hesitated in whether I wanted to see the next part or not, and had to take a few breaks because of the fear. However, the concept is interesting, especially how whatever that thing is always finds a way of tricking its victims into receiving and passing the curse.
Absolutely terrifying. My hands are still a bit sweaty.
I was so on edge the entire time. Alex's unusual demeanour and uncanny eyes, the background music, the slow build of tension, the incredible art... brings me back to 2012 when I was 11 and discovering Slenderman, smile.jpg and the Russian Sleep Experiment. I don't want to spoil anything, so I'll just leave this quick video here so you can laugh at how much of a wuss you made me.
Damn, that was good, love the writing, cg, and the bgm, they just blend perfectly with each other. Unfortunately i can't play it in one go, had to pause a while before continuing because its scared me, absolutely recommended
I like it! The art is amazing and Alex especially has a host of well-meaning but demented expressions. Writing is decent with the cgs causing me to yelp a couple of times. Overall a good entry back into horror for me.
Spoilers ahead:
The only nitpick is that the strong hypno horror themes starts unravelling from the middle of part two to the end. I think putting a spin on hypnosis as a kink and rotting it from the inside is freshly horrifying. Though that strong and cohesive focus seems to dilute itself towards the end to focus more on the broader themes of supranatural control and spoopy chain mail. Still compelling though, was afraid to advance the text till the very end.
Made me follow the artist and writer and now I'm just eating up his content on his socials.
One of the best horror experiences I've had with any vn. Genuinely terrifying and had me on edge the whole way through. The soundtrack is phenomenal too and really sells the feeling of dread and terror. Amazing job!
one of the most terrifying story I've read. i love the eldritch horror vibe and the music really kept me on edge the whole time, and the foreshadowing with the eyedrop are fantastic. (alex's sprite change jump scared me lol)
Once I started reading, I couldn't stop. Not 'till it was over. This was phenomenal. Like, I had to turn on the lights midway through reading because the sun was setting, and there was no way I was reading this in the dark.
mild spoiler:
As someone with a hypno kink, this went from slightly hot to absofuckinglutely horrifying so, so fast. Also, just an excellent use of the Ren'Py engine as a narrative/framing device. There were a few moments when I was afraid to click, because I just KNEW what was going to happen, but I JUST COULDN'T STOP.
I consider myself as a brave guy who are mostly not afraid of any horror stuffs. But, to be honest, whenever it comes to occult psychological horror or folklore psychological horror, it can easily get me. That's why I can say that this is scariest furry visual novel I have ever played (maybe the scraiest game I have ever played). This is absolutely an incredibly great work man. (Oh, and I wanna say I am really impressed and love how you make the curse work like in Ringu/The Ring, the curse passes down from one person to another by letting them watch a videotape/hearing the audio and tell them the story)
Just a heads-up, the itch app only allows downloads if the builds are properly labeled with the OS compatibility. Because they aren't labeled at the moment, it won't let people download the game. It's not a huge issue, because it's still possible to download the VN from the browser, but it might be a good idea to fix that.
Enjoyed this one! Having a headache really enhances the experience for sure.
Slight spoilers but also sensing some internet creepypasta insperation, at least in the way the plot is presented. Having the story be told from another character's perspective and the r/nosleep reference gave me that vibe.
Delightfully messed up story here. Everything fits together well, Nice n polished. Still trying to put my thoughts in order because wow I was sucked in, but it's really good! Would recommend!
I've never felt such dread from a VN before! The cadence of the writing was so good I felt compelled to use a slow, creeping auto-play to fit the mood. The quality of the backgrounds and the characters honestly felt out-of-this-world for a free game. The music too was just amazing at making the story feel like this unstoppable, overwhelming thing. Loved all of it!
The best horror VN in my opinion. A good story that keeps you in suspense all the time. This is the kind of horror that you will read and will not be able to stop, despite the fear. Definitely worth reading, even if you are not into horror, like me.
I just came across this after sorting by new, looking for a new read and I could never have predicted the trip that this would take me on. I'm still kind of taking it in now I've finished. It was incredible, that's really all I can say right now. I don't think I've ever been so engrossed in a VN so quickly and been genuinely uneasy to continue reading it at the same time. Everything about this just works so well. The writing, the art, the sound design, just everything. Thank you for creating this!

Oh my god…. That was unsettling 😟
3 words.
almost shat myself.
i have fear.
God almighty
I'm a huge horror fan, but this was so incredibly intense I catched myself checking the corners.
Extremely captivating and nicely written, the sounds and music masterfully enhanced the atmosphere.
Maybe I'm superstitious, but I feel like this could be real, which is somewhat disturbing.
Yeah, I don't say that much, but I felt scared, really genuinely scared.
Authors did a good job, that's the true horror.
Amazing, depressing story. Well done.

Holy shit this was great! If your looking for a horror story that doesn't hold back, I 100% recommend that you read this!

Well written and unapologetically gruesome, this was a good read 🙂

Alex deserved better.
Readers beware, you WILL be in for a scare!
Jokes aside, this is an excellent, classic creepypasta in VN form, great use of visuals and music to sell the story. Can't rec this enough!
Aww poor Tomas. I think woofer had it the worst... :(
cannot recommend this horror vn enough because my goodness, gorgeously horrific prose and artwork, really really very impressed
None of this would have happened if they had normal sex.

Heads-up, you can tag the pc file as playable on linux as well, renpy is cool like that
Fantastic story with top notch art and sound, incredibly well done! Finished it in one knee-gripping session with some friends, we couldn't look away.

Fixed that! Thanks for the heads up <3
